Welcome to Advantage Blackjack, a mobile application developed by Ankle Bully, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Advantage Blackjack mobile app (the "App") and any related services provided by Ankle Bully. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the App, you affirm that you are of legal age and able to agree to these Terms, or that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted them on your behalf.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App (such as saving stats or unlocking icons), you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Keep your login credentials secure.

• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.

3. Digital Goods and Membership

The App may offer digital items, unlockable content, or Advantage+ membership features. These features:

• Are tied to your account and not transferable.

• May be obtained using in-app currency ("diamonds") or by purchasing a subscription.

• Are subject to Apple’s in-app purchase policies and billing systems.

Membership subscriptions are valid for a limited time (e.g., 1 or 3 months) and may expire unless renewed. Membership access and diamond counts are not refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the App.

• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

• Exploit bugs or unintended behaviors.

We may suspend or ban users who violate these terms or abuse the system.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including logos, designs, icons, code, and graphics — is owned by Ankle Bully, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without permission.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to that policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App or your account at any time, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or disrupts the experience of others.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or specific results. Use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ankle Bully shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
